Oh! You beauty
On your death bed too, you are gorgeous
Unlike we humans
Who crib for some more moments
You dry
You wilt
Your colour fades
And back to earth, you go
And we
Our youth fades
And we cry
Longing for the past
In old age too there is beauty
It is a new kind of life
The second childhood
Only, without parents
You bloom
You shower your fragrance
And your colour
And in your death too, you are a beauty
Our wrinkles we loathe
And in return are loathed
The smile fades
And frown takes its place
Oh! Wilting Flower
Why cannot we be like you
Beautiful in life
Beautiful in death
